Mid-Level French Functional Business Analyst – HRIS & LMS Implementation

As a Mid-Level French Functional Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the HR technology sector, to optimize HRIS workflows and enhance LMS functionalities. Your role will focus on supporting the integration, administration, and evolution of HR and learning management systems, directly impacting the efficiency and engagement of HR processes across diverse institutions. Your main responsibilities:

• Participate in projects initiated by Campus BPCE to improve business processes and support the integration of new companies (approx. 10%)
• Administer the Bealink LMS platform, focusing on Adaptive Learning features such as skills management (approx. 15%)
• Contribute to platform version upgrades through testing, troubleshooting, and training (approx. 10%)
• Conduct user training sessions on LMS functionalities, especially targeted training proposal features, supporting change management initiatives (approx. 10%)
• Ensure comprehensive data quality across the entire HRIS and LMS architecture (approx. 15%)
• Support institutions in the implementation of training processes and best practices (approx. 10%)
• Handle Level 2 support tickets, providing timely resolution and ongoing user support (approx. 30%)

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 3 years of experience in HRIS, LMS management, or related business analysis within the HR/Training sector
• In-depth knowledge of LMS, TMS, LCMS, LXP, and BA management, including governance, engagement, and change management processes
• Strong understanding of training content management and learning platform functionalities
• Experience with platform upgrades, testing, and user training
• Excellent communication skills in English (fluent) and French (fluent)

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Knowledge of the training sector and associated operational workflows
• Certifications related to business analysis or HR systems
• Experience working in European environments

Language required for the role:

• Fluent command of English and French
