As a Mid-Level FinTech Application Support Specialist, you will be working for our client, an international leader in financial technology solutions. You will contribute to the industrialization and ongoing support of critical banking applications, ensuring seamless operation and continuous improvement within a dynamic production environment. Your main responsibilities:

• Provide application support for BGC applications in production, ensuring high service levels and swift incident resolution.
• Automate and industrialize application processes, enhancing operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document processes, best practices, and incident resolutions.
• Monitor system performances, mitigate risks, and implement improvements in control-m, web/application servers, and security protocols.
• Maintain expertise in Windows and Linux environments, adhering to governance standards and best practices.
• Support change management activities, including deployments and ongoing maintenance.
• Engage in ongoing learning and contribute to the continuous improvement of application support procedures.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 6 years of experience supporting enterprise applications, preferably within FinTech or banking domains.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows (90%+) and Linux (10%) environments.
• Hands-on experience with Control-M or similar scheduling tools.
• Familiarity with web and application servers such as Apache HTTP Server, JBOSS, Tomcat, and IIS.
• Basic understanding of architecture, network protocols, CI/CD & DevSecOps, and security principles.
• Autonomous, meticulous, and team-oriented work style.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Certifications or training in Control-M, DevSecOps, or security.
• Experience in banking or financial services applications support.

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent in English.
