Global Creative Development Manager (f/m/div.)

Your contribution to something big:

As a Global Creative Development Manager, you will transform customer insights into impactful creative concepts, helping shape global campaigns that strengthen the Bosch brand and create meaningful customer experiences.

• Transform consumer and PRO/DIY insights into compelling creative concepts that strengthen Bosch's global brand.
• Develop creative concepts and brand narratives for integrated marketing campaigns.
• Ensure creative excellence and brand consistency across all campaign assets.
• Drive creative development from ideation to execution, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.
• Leverage AI-powered creative tools to enhance ideation and improve creative workflows.
• Review creative deliverables and provide guidance to maintain high-quality standards.
• Support global content production and contribute to continuous process improvement.

What distinguishes you:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or a related field.

Experience:

• Experience in creative development, brand marketing or advertising, ideally within an international environment.
• Experience managing creative projects and collaborating with agencies.

Know-how:

• Strong understanding of creative strategy, branding and campaign development.
• Knowledge of content production workflows and AI-powered creative tools.
• Experience with MarTech solutions such as PIM or DAM is a plus.

Working Style and Methods:

• Structured, collaborative and customer-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Personality:

• Creative, proactive and curious, with excellent communication skills and a passion for innovation.

Languages: Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
