Responsibilities:

• Lead technical discovery sessions focused on improving system stability and resilience.
• Design solution architectures and lead Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Infrastructure, Observability, Strategy & Governance, Service Operations, and Delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and recommend best practices to enhance IT resilience.
• Mentor junior team members and support technical knowledge sharing.
• Lead client-facing technical initiatives with a high level of autonomy.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Availability to travel and work within the Canadian time zone.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, software engineering, and enterprise IT solutions.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing technical solutions.
• Fast learner with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Degree in Software Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with Oracle technologies.

Important Information:

• Availability to travel as required.
• Must be able to work within the Canadian time zone.
• English is mandatory.
