What we're looking for:

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology or a similar field;
• Minimum of 6 months of professional experience (experience in the IT sector will be considered an advantage);
• Recruitment and selection of IT professionals;
• Posting job advertisements and screening CVs;
• Candidate sourcing (database, LinkedIn, etc.), scheduling and conducting interviews;
• Management of client needs and support for business development;
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written);
• Availability to join a project in Porto.
