What is this challenge about:

• Administer and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments, ensuring security, stability, and high availability.
• Manage and support cloud infrastructure across Microsoft Azure and/or AWS environments.
• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including user management, collaboration tools, and platform administration.
• Monitor, automate, and optimize infrastructure performance, availability, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
• Deploy, support, and maintain AI and automation platforms, ensuring their reliability and integration with existing infrastructure.
• Implement infrastructure best practices related to security, identity management, and system observability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve infrastructure resilience, automation, and operational excellence.

What we are looking for:

• +5 years of experience administering Windows Server and Linux environments.
• Hands-on experience managing cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure monitoring, automation, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in scripting using PowerShell, Bash, or equivalent automation tools.
• Experience implementing, supporting, or maintaining AI-enabled platforms and automation solutions.
• Good understanding of infrastructure security, identity and access management (IAM), and observability concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve infrastructure issues.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Proactive mindset with a strong focus on automation, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency.
• Living in Lisbon (hybrid role).
• Fluent level of English and Portuguese.
