Your main responsibilities:

• Document support interactions thoroughly to ensure knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Assist in the onboarding and training of new users, ensuring optimal system utilization.
• Contribute to the development of technical documentation and user guides to improve support processes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, updates, and industry best practices.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in English and French, with excellent communication skills.
• Technical knowledge of software, networks, or IT systems.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Certifications such as CompTIA, ITIL, or relevant technical credentials.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level solutions or cloud platforms.

Language required for the role:

• Good command of English and French.
