Senior Smart Automation & Agentic AI Developer

TARBASE is hiring a Senior Smart Automation & Agentic AI Developer (Dataiku) to join the team.
We are a young, professional and passionate team with projects deployed all around the world.

Requirements:
- Bs in Computer Science, Engineering, another science or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in software development, process automation or data engineering
- Mandatory certification on the Dataiku platform (Developer or Advanced Developer)
- Expert in Dataiku for data pipelines, workflow automation, orchestration and integration with APIs and external systems
- Experience with Dataiku LLM Mesh to integrate LLMs into automated workflows
- Experience designing and implementing AI agents to execute or assist tasks within automated processes
- Strong foundation in prompt engineering (structuring, contextualization, instruction and constraint management)
- Ability to code and script (Python)
- Experience with Git, CI/CD and DevOps / deployment automation

Soft skills:
- Technical leadership and innovation mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills (Fluent English written and spoken)
- Team player

Nice to have:
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
- Familiarity with workflow governance, monitoring and deployment automation
- Experience defining development and architecture standards for automation
- Experience mentoring junior technical profiles
