Job Description: Ownership of the data and AI product roadmap and backlog for two squads, within the data and AI organisation of a global pharmaceutical company. Fast-paced setting with shifting plans and competing demands from several business areas, calling for firm prioritisation and confident pushback. Definition of acceptance criteria and definition of done in a GxP-regulated environment, plus close collaboration with engineering and data teams on what gets built.

Must-Have:

• 5+ years of end-to-end data or AI product management, with real accountability for the roadmap
• Mandatory background in pharma or regulated manufacturing, such as GMP, GxP, medical devices or equivalent
• Track record in global or multi-country organisations
• Hands-on knowledge of modern data platforms: Databricks, cloud data warehousing, dbt and BI
• Enough technical depth to discuss solutions with engineering on equal footing
• Ownership of what gets built, well beyond backlog administration for a single application
• Assertive profile, at ease with senior stakeholders and frequent changes in priorities
• Fluent English
• Availability for monthly business travel
