Sobre a função

Your contribution to something big:

You will play a key role in plant controlling, acting as a financial partner to the plant management team and ensuring transparency on the plant’s financial performance. You will combine strong analytical expertise with hands-on coordination of key controlling processes. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Plant Performance: Ensure the timely delivery, in-depth analysis, and presentation of the Plant Performance Report (PPR), highlighting key financial KPIs and providing actionable insights to support management decision-making.
  • Stock & Inventory Management: Manage financial KPIs related to stocks and inventory, take responsibility for the permanent inventory management system, and coordinate the planning, execution, and reporting of the annual physical inventory as lead CTG coordinator.
  • Investment Assessments: Evaluate, control, and perform financial assessments for plant-related investments and capital expenditures.
  • Headcount & Personnel Costs: Track and report direct headcount and calculate personnel costs for direct labour, including the required headcount per production area.
  • Production Costs: Monitor and analyse production costs, with a particular focus on material costs, identifying deviations and supporting cost transparency.
  • Product Costing: Monitor and further develop cost structures for key plant products and devices, acting as the primary deputy for product costing within plant controlling.

What distinguishes you:

  • Education: University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a comparable field.
  • Experience: Solid and proven professional experience in Plant Controlling, Manufacturing Finance, or a comparable controlling environment, ideally at senior level.
  • Controlling Expertise: Strong knowledge of product costing, inventory valuation, production costs, and CAPEX/investment analysis.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data, identify key drivers and translate findings into actionable business insights.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial topics clearly to management and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Coordination: Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to independently drive critical plant processes such as the annual physical inventory.
  •  Working Style: Structured, proactive, hands-on, and results-oriented, with a high level of ownership and attention to detail.
  • Languages: Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
