As a Senior Middleware Operations Engineer, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the data management industry dedicated to delivering reliable and scalable solutions. You will support critical run activities for Kafka and Qlik Replicate platforms, ensuring seamless operations, rapid incident resolution, and continuous service improvement. Your main responsibilities:

• Manage and support Kafka and Qlik Replicate run activities, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Monitor production environments proactively, identifying and resolving incidents swiftly.
• Implement standard changes and service requests to enhance platform efficiency.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive operational documentation.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to Kafka, Qlik, Redis, and associated dependencies.
• Strengthen team autonomy through knowledge sharing and process improvements.
• Support the development of understanding related to the Cloudera platform dependencies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational workflows.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 4+ years of experience supporting middleware, data platforms, or related environments.
• Strong expertise in Kafka, Qlik Replicate, and Redis.
• Hands-on experience with production support, incident management, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Cloudera platform dependencies is a plus.
• Fluency in English and good command of French.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Certifications in middleware, data management, or related fields.
• Knowledge of scripting or automation tools.
