Senior HR Application Support Analyst – Oracle Cloud HCM

As a Senior HR Application Support Analyst, you will be working for our client in the HR IT support sector, focused on delivering high-quality assistance for Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM). You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth HR, talent, and recruitment operations while collaborating closely with the Paris support team. Your main responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 and 2 support for Oracle Cloud HCM, addressing user inquiries and resolving technical issues efficiently.
• Manage communications across various tools such as Teams, Outlook, and phone to ensure clear and timely updates.
• Follow all established procedures to meet KPIs related to support delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure quality assurance of digital content for e-learning deployment, maintaining high standards for training materials.
• Handle data extraction and presentation tasks, collaborating with the support and project teams to ensure data accuracy and clarity.
• Work in coordination with the project/development teams to implement updates and enhancements.
• Maintain effective communication and support for users based primarily in Europe, working closely with the Paris team.

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 9 years of experience within HR support, IT support, or related fields.
• Proficiency in French (mandatory) with a fluent command of English.
• Knowledge of HR procedures, particularly in recruitment and talent management (a plus).
• Familiarity with quality assurance (QA) processes and data quality (a plus).
• Understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) (a plus).
• Strong administrative mindset paired with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, with up to 3 remote days per week.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM or similar cloud-based HR applications.
• Knowledge of digital content management or e-learning support.
• Relevant certifications in HR or IT Support.

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent in French (mandatory).
• Good command of English (B2 level at minimum).
