Join the yellow team as our new Senior Consultant (LIMS LabWare)!

We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant (LIMS LabWare) to provide functional and technical support for the LabWare LIMS platform, ensuring the timely resolution of incidents, change requests, and configuration activities while maintaining the stability and continuity of laboratory operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for incidents, service requests, and change requests related to the LabWare LIMS platform;
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve support tickets within agreed SLAs;
• Configure and maintain LabWare modules, including Sample Management, Workflows, Specifications, Instrument Interfaces, and Reports;
• Perform functional configurations and small customizations using native LabWare tools (including LIMS Basic, when applicable);
• Work closely with laboratory key users to clarify, validate, and resolve functional issues;
• Document solutions, procedures, and best practices, contributing to the knowledge base;
• Provide regular reporting on ticket status and project progress;
• Coordinate with LabWare product support whenever escalation is required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience supporting or administering LabWare LIMS;
• Strong knowledge of LabWare core modules: Sample Management Workflows Specifications Instrument Interfaces Experience configuring laboratory workflows, tests, and specifications without advanced custom development;
• Experience working in regulated laboratory environments (pharmaceutical, food, chemical, or similar industries);
• Good SQL knowledge for database queries and troubleshooting;
• Experience working with incident management processes (ITIL or similar);
• Fluent Portuguese (mandatory).
• English level B2 or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience with LabWare LIMS Basic scripting language;
• Experience integrating LabWare with ERP systems, laboratory instruments, or middleware solutions;
• LabWare certifications or formal training;
• Knowledge of quality and regulatory standards such as GxP or ISO 17025;
• Previous experience in consulting or outsourcing environments;

Important Information

• Senior-level position;
• Focus on application support, functional administration, and continuous improvement of the LabWare LIMS platform;
• Portuguese is mandatory.
