Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements with multiple stakeholders.
• Ensure client requirements are clearly understood by project teams and development teams.
• Support the evolution of existing applications and the design of new solutions through needs assessment and functional analysis.
• Write clear user stories, including business needs, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Define, document, and operationalize test acceptance criteria.
• Support backlog refinement and contribute to Agile ceremonies.
• Act as a bridge between Business and IT teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
• Provide functional follow-up throughout the project lifecycle, up to user acceptance testing.
• Organize and maintain functional documentation.
• Validate deliverables, ensuring alignment with business requirements and expected outcomes.
• Support teams in complex environments with autonomy, organization, and a proactive mindset.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or another relevant field.
• Up to 10 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Agile Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Design Thinking.
• Experience working as an Agile/Business Analyst.
• Strong communication skills with both Business and IT stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
• Experience in data, analytics, data warehouse, and/or Power BI contexts.
• Knowledge of data modeling concepts, including tables and relationships.
• Ability to write user stories, business requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility.
• Autonomy and organization in complex environments.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of SAS, SAP, and Salesforce.
• Experience with Jira and/or Confluence.
• Knowledge of Databricks.
• Previous experience in complex data-driven or analytics projects.
• Experience supporting Agile teams and backlog management.
• Portuguese and/or Spanish language skills.
