What is this challenge about:
- Act as a Salesforce Functional Consultant, analyzing, defining, and delivering solutions aligned with business and client needs.
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective requirements gathering.
- Participate in business process analysis, requirements elicitation, and Salesforce solution design.
- Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

What we are looking for:
- +4 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, preferably across Multi-Cloud environments.
- Proven experience delivering Salesforce projects within the Utilities industry (mandatory requirement).
- Strong expertise in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
- Previous experience in a client-facing role.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model, with on-site presence 1–2 days per week (Lisbon, Braga, or Coimbra).
- Fluency in English (minimum B2).
