Randstad Digital specializes in recruiting tech-savvy professionals and we are currently recruiting a  for Lisbon or Porto for a leading IT consulting firm.

The company is currently enlarging its Technology Consulting team with a motivated and experienced professional with experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll implementation. As a Manager, you will contribute to SAP related engagements, helping our clients transform their business & maximize their performance. In this position, you will provide a range of services with focus in SAP implementation projects & methodologies. Your activities would consist out of a combination of advising and analyzing, but also guiding implementations and configuration. You will assist customers by implementing solutions focused on a more strategic approach towards HR, based on the latest SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

requisitos/requirements

Academic degree in Human Resource Management, Information Technology, Business Administration or other related field of study;  
At least 5 years of professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, mainly in a consulting environment;
SAP SuccessFactors for Employee Central Payroll certification;
A strong interest in technology and its use in business processes;
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
