Randstad Digital is recruiting a SAP ABAP and Workflow Specialist for direct integration, in a company located in Porto.

Hybrid work model (3 days on-site; 2 days remote / week).

Our client are looking for a skilled and business-oriented SAP ABAP & Workflow Specialist to join their IT organization. In this role, you will support and enhance SAP applications, collaborate with business stakeholders, and contribute to global IT initiatives and transformation projects

• Technical ownership of SAP-based document and workflow solutions 
• Development, enhancement and stabilization of solutions using ABAP (OO, enhancements, interfaces, reports)
• Design and optimization of classic SAP workflows in an ERP environment
• Contribution to the operation and further development of OpenText VIM  (prior project or operational exposure is sufficient)
• Analysis of business requirements and translation into robust technical solutions
• Gradual involvement in SAP BTP/SAP Build based extensions and automation scenarios
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement
• Work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional international teams

requisitos/requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related field
• Strong ABAP coding skills (OO-ABAP, enhancements, debugging, analysis)
• Experience with SAP workflows in ECC or S/4HANA
• Understanding of end-to-end business processes supported by SAP
• Experience analysing business or technical requirements and translating them into system-related solutions
• Understanding of SAP application landscapes, architecture, and integration concepts
• Understanding of SAP data structures and database concepts
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Experience participating in international or global IT projects
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
