We Are Hiring: Salesforce Business Consultant!

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy professional to join our team as a Salesforce Business Consultant. If you have experience analyzing business processes and implementing innovative solutions using the Salesforce platform, this is the opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze business processes, identify challenges, and propose effective solutions using Salesforce.
• Communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders, including technical and non-technical teams.
• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable Salesforce processes and specifications.
• Configure objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, and automations.
• Manage users, profiles, roles, and access within Salesforce.
• Create reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Work with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proven experience in Salesforce administration.
• Hands-on knowledge of tools like Flow and reports/dashboards.
• Salesforce certifications (preferably Salesforce Administrator and/or Sales).
• Strong communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
