Sobre a função

Regional Sales Operations reports to the Sales Operations Manager. The role of the Regional Sales Operations analyst forms part of the Global Sales Operations team and focuses on supporting sales through the Opportunity Management lifecycle of a deal and proactively monitoring and highlighting opportunity hygiene issues (for example, sales stage, quote expiry, close date, forecast category, start date).

You will be responsible for:

  • Being a super user for sales tools. Answer ‘how do I…?’ questions for CRM opportunities, accounts and data that will allow sales to progress quickly and efficiently. This will contribute to a decrease in IT tickets
  • Be an onboarding Buddy for new Sales joining the team, contributing to decreasing ramp-up time
  • Identify best practices and sales process improvements, share and document them so the Sales community has easy access to the latest resources
  • Identify and remove sales process blockers to streamline processes and enable Sales to spend more time in front of the customer
  • Monitoring and highlighting Dynamics opportunity hygiene so when a deal is signed, it can be immediately moved to Closed Won and then Booked by Finance
  • Identifying issues with data quality and managing the ongoing processes to ensure CRM data cleanliness: accounts, contacts, hierarchy to give sales and all other stakeholders an accurate image of the data quality in CRM
  • Monitoring and highlighting pipeline health in collaboration with Business Operations by tracking the relevant KPIs and feeding back conclusions to Sales and Sales management to ease their decision-making process
  • Preparing and ensuring quality and timely win celebration emails are sent, so the entire organization is aware of the great wins and each deal’s insights
  • Identify sales knowledge gaps in tools and processes and liaise with Sales Enablement for them to organise appropriate training
  • Executing the internal cancellation process
  • Providing backup across the regional sales ops team across regions if other colleagues are out of office
  • Maintaining the Opportunity Management process library and playbook so Sales can always have access to the latest process descriptions, “How to” documents and checklists
  • Being a Subject Matter Expert for 1-2 key projects/topics to be defined. The topics already have owners, you are going to work together with the owners, help them and make sure the input from the business is considered and to make these topics “land” afterwards. For the Sales Operations team you are the go-to person regarding this topic

By doing the above, you will increase tool and process knowledge and accelerate and enable growth.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • You have 1-2 years’ professional experience in a sales support role
