Retail & E-Commerce | Data Analyst

• Promote a data-driven culture and support data-based decision-making across the business.
• Partner with business teams to understand needs, identify opportunities and deliver analytical solutions.
• Translate business requirements into effective data and analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with Data Integration teams to prepare and optimize datasets for dashboards and analytical models.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Monitor KPIs, solution adoption and business impact, communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Research best practices and share knowledge with Data and Business Analysts.

• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, cleaning and modelling.
• Solid experience with Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.
• Experience with data modelling and dashboard development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable insights.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, collaborative and results-oriented mindset.
