Your contribution to something big:
- Streamlining the Ordering Process: Taking ownership of the ordering process.
- Optimizing Price Agreements: Actively managing and updating price agreements within our system to ensuring data quality.
- Master Data Governance Support: Administering and maintaining purchasing-related master data to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Facilitating Market Inquiries: Providing essential support for standard market inquiries, helping to identify and evaluate potential suppliers and solutions.
- Maintaining IT System Accuracy: Ensuring all relevant purchasing data and transactions are accurately updated and maintained across our various IT platforms.
- Managing Loan Contracts: Overseeing the management and tracking of loan contracts for inventories, guaranteeing compliance and efficiency.
- Supporting Internal Controls: Assisting with internal control procedures to uphold Bosch’s high standards of compliance and risk management.
- Driving Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities and actively contributing to the implementation of process enhancements within our purchasing operations to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
What distinguishes you:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven professional experience in an operational purchasing, procurement, or supply chain role, ideally within a large, international organization.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and actively support the implementation of process improvements.
- Know-how:
- Proficiency in various IT systems critical to purchasing, including strong practical experience with SAP.
- Excellent data processing and analytical skills using MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Languages: Fluent English skills (written and spoken) are essential.
- Working Style and Methods:
- A highly organized and meticulous working style with a keen eye for detail.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong drive for process optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Personality:
