Role Overview
We are looking for a Project Manager (Mkt & Sales) to join our teams in an international Data & Analytics initiative focused on the implementation and evolution of Marketing & Sales Data Products.
What you will do
- Coordinate the implementation and continuous evolution of Marketing & Sales Data Products across multiple countries and business units;
- Drive the integration of data from CRM, Marketing platforms, Sales systems, and other business sources;
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Platform teams to support the evolution of data pipelines and data models in Snowflake environments;
- Define and promote standards, templates, and best practices to ensure scalability and consistency across geographies;
- Work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and BI/Data Platform teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of data solutions;
- Monitor data quality processes, controls, and governance practices to ensure reliable and trusted business insights;
- Support and empower local teams in data integration initiatives and Data Product development.
What you are like
- Proficient in project management and coordination, preferably within Data & Analytics environments;
- Knowledgeable in Marketing, CRM, and Sales data domains and their associated business processes;
- Experienced working with distributed international teams and multiple stakeholder groups;
- Familiar with Data Warehouse, Cloud, and modern data architectures, ideally including Snowflake;
- Comfortable with SQL, Data Modelling, Data Quality concepts, and data governance practices;
- Proficient in Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban;
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
