Job Description: As a Senior Project Manager, your mission will be to lead projects with a strong functional and business component. You will act as the key bridge between our internal teams and the banking client, ensuring absolute alignment between business requirements and technical execution.

Must-Have:

• Strong functional and business knowledge in the Payment Methods area, specifically focusing on acquiring, POS (TPAs), and cards
• Senior profile with solid experience, autonomy, and proven leadership in Project Management
• Proven experience leading, coordinating, and mediating between stakeholders from multiple entities (internal teams and banking clients)
• Highly consultative mindset, oriented towards solution structuring and proactive problem-solving
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and mediation skills
• Availability for a hybrid work model in Lisbon

Would be great if you have:

• Technical knowledge within the Payment Methods and acquiring ecosystem
