Must-Have:

• Proven experience as an OutSystems Project Director, Program Manager, or Delivery Manager (minimum 10 years of OutSystems experience)  
• Minimum of 8 years of experience delivering projects within the Public Sector  
• Proven experience leading complex projects and large-scale programs from initiation to delivery  
• Strong leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and project governance  
• Experience working with Agile methodologies  
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or an advanced degree in Management  
• Mandatory OutSystems certifications: Associate Developer v11, Associate Traditional Web Developer  
• Minimum of 3 OutSystems Specialist certifications  
• Minimum of 2 OutSystems Professional certifications  
• At least 1 OutSystems Expert certification  
• Experience and/or certifications in at least 2 of the following areas: Architecture, Tech Lead, DevOps, Platform Operations  
• Strong project planning, risk management, budgeting, and delivery management skills  
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities  
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver large-scale digital transformation initiatives  

Would be great if you have:

• Experience leading enterprise-wide OutSystems transformation programs  
• Extensive experience delivering high-complexity digital transformation initiatives in the Public Sector  
• Strong understanding of OutSystems architecture and application lifecycle management  
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across business and technical domains  
• Knowledge of governance, quality assurance, and delivery best practices for low-code platforms  
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to balance strategic objectives and operational delivery  
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills with executive and senior stakeholders  
• Ability to operate in complex environments, manage competing priorities, and drive successful project outcomes
