Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled OutSystems Developer Specialist to join our internal project teams in delivering medium to high-complexity enterprise solutions. In this role, you will develop end-to-end applications within the OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC) ecosystem, ensuring top-tier quality, performance, and security. You will collaborate closely with Tech Leads, Architects, and functional teams to implement business logic, data models, and REST/SOAP integrations, while driving code reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of technical standards.

Must-Have:

• Solid and proven practical experience in OutSystems development, preferably within enterprise environments
• Proven hands-on experience with OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC)
• Mandatory OutSystems Expert Developer (ODC) Certification
• Mandatory Scrum Master Certification
• Strong expertise in Reactive Web, data modeling, application logic, and integrations
• Solid understanding of application performance, security standards, troubleshooting, and Agile best practices
• Fluent in Portuguese

Would be great if you have:

• Experience with CI/CD processes, environment management, enterprise integrations, and Forge components
• Good knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, and scalable architecture patterns
• Fluency or intermediate knowledge of Spanish
