Must-Have:

• Solid knowledge of Blue Prism (development and/or maintenance of processes and objects)
• Good understanding of the automated process lifecycle (analysis, design, development, testing, and production)
• Proven ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents in production robots
• Good notions of Control Room (scheduling, execution, and monitoring of sessions)
• Ability to understand automated business processes and translate functional requirements into technical adjustments
• Strong orientation toward problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to work under defined SLAs

Would be great if you have:

• Blue Prism Developer Certification (AD01) or currently pursuing it
• Knowledge of databases and SQL for data analysis and validation
• Previous experience in application support/maintenance environments (L1/L2/L3)
• Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy
• Basic knowledge of other RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) or scripting languages (VBScript, Python)
