Junior Project Manager - B2B Business

Your contribution to AUTO1 Group:

• Support the strategic roadmap and growth initiatives across all AUTO1 Group business lines in Portugal, ensuring alignment with overall corporate objectives.

• Monitor key performance indicators, analyze operational results, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous performance improvement.

• Lead and support cross-functional projects by conducting data-driven analysis, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring timely execution of action plans.

• Assess market trends and the competitive environment in Portugal to provide insights that enable strategic decision-making and the identification of new opportunities.

• Report directly to the Country Director Portugal, providing regular updates and recommendations that contribute to business steering.
   

What you should bring:

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related disciplines.

• Strong analytical skills (KPIs analysis) and being data-driven, managing priorities and time-sensitive deadlines.

• Sound business judgment, understanding what makes sense and what doesn't.

• At least 1 year of experience working in Strategic Business Development projects, consultancy firms or start-ups. 

• Passion and motivation about moving tasks forward and taking ownership of projects.

• English C1.
