Junior Managers Program (JMP) – Logistics (f/m/div.)

As a JMP in Logistics, you will contribute to the transformation and optimization of end-to-end supply chain processes while developing a comprehensive understanding of Bosch operations.

You will:

Lead Transformation & Innovation

• Artificial Intelligence and data-driven logistics

• Warehouse, transport, and material flow optimization

Analyze & Improve

• Understand end-to-end logistics processes

Collaborate & Influence

• Work with logistics, production, planning, IT, customers, suppliers, and senior management to implement transformation initiatives and foster a culture of innovation.

Build a Holistic Business Perspective

• Understand how logistics connects with manufacturing, procurement, customers, suppliers, and business strategy.

Education

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience

• Up to 3 years of professional experience.
• International exposure through studies, internships, or work experience is considered an advantage.
• Experience in logistics, manufacturing, production planning, purchasing, or supply chain projects is a plus.
