Java Support Consultant (French Speaker)

Dellent is a consulting company focused in System Information and Telecommunications. Our goal is to help our candidates and consultants to take a step forward in their careers through projects that meet their needs and expectations.

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, that currently has its technological hub in Portugal and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a Java Support Consultant (French Speaker) to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid) or Lisbon (Hybrid).

Requirements:

-Minimum of 2-3 years in application support or development;
-Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or a related field;
-Proficiency with Java;
-Experience with mainframe environments (DB2 querying);
-Good level of English and French Language (minimum B2 level (spoken and written)).

Responsibilities:

-Handle and resolve incidents on our B2B credit applications;
-Diagnose issues and propose solutions;
-Track support tickets and ensure their quick resolution;
-Collaborate with technical and business teams;
-Document incidents and update our knowledge base;
-Actively participate in Agile team activities.
