Role Overview:

We are looking for an IT Operations Engineer (DevOps/Production) to integrate our teams and support the delivery of resilient and scalable solutions within an Agile and DevOps environment. In this role, you will act as a key guarantor of production stability, ensuring that infrastructure, monitoring, and production requirements are embedded throughout the project lifecycle.

What you will do:

• Participate in the definition of technical solutions, ensuring production, infrastructure, and security requirements are fully integrated;
• Contribute to product backlog definition by adding infrastructure and operational needs, including technical user stories;
• Facilitate the deployment of solutions by ensuring availability of production environments and resources;
• Implement and manage monitoring and observability tools to ensure service reliability and performance;
• Support incident management, ensuring operational continuity and contributing to service improvement initiatives;
• Collaborate with development and support teams to promote best practices in application production and DevOps culture;
• Identify risks, operational issues, and improvement opportunities, proposing action plans and automation strategies;
• Ensure compliance with architecture, security, and operational standards across environments (Production and non-Production).

What you are like:

• Proficient in IT infrastructure, production operations, and DevOps practices;
• Knowledgeable in monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Elastic, or Dynatrace;
• Experienced working with CI/CD and DevOps toolchains (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible);
• Comfortable with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes;
• Strong understanding of IT risk, cybersecurity, and operational resilience principles;
• Analytical and structured thinker, with strong problem-solving and communication skills;
• Collaborative and proactive, with the ability to guide and upskill teams;
• Adaptable, organised, and able to prioritise effectively in dynamic environments;
• Fluency in English (French is a plus).
