Randstad Digital is recruiting a IT Network Administrator for direct integration, in a company located in Porto.

Hybrid work model (3 days on-site; 2 days remote / week).

As an IT Network Administrator, ensuring the availability, security, and performance of our client network infrastructure. You will work in a dynamic, international environment, supporting critical operations through reliable connectivity, proactive monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives. Your role will be key in maintaining the systems that support our automotive business.

• Manage and optimise network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, wireless).
• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware, software, and security systems.
• Monitor network performance and ensure availability through preventive actions.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents, minimising business disruption.
• Analyse recurring issues and propose improvements to enhance stability and efficiency.
• Identify risks and contribute to strengthening network security and performance.
• Provide user support, ensuring timely and high-quality service.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on infrastructure projects.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation.

requisitos/requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in network administration.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco, Aruba and Fortinet environments.
• Solid understanding of LAN/WAN, routing protocols, monitoring tools, and packet analysis.
• Experience with DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, SIP, TLS, MFA, Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Knowledge of network security concepts (IPS, IDS, NGFW, UTM).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
