What is this challenge about
• Provide Level 3 operational support and maintenance for the integration platform in an international, cross-functional environment.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within defined SLA targets using logs, monitoring tools, and system diagnostics.
• Manage escalated incidents from Level 2 support teams and contribute to major incident resolution and service restoration activities.
• Monitor, manage, and optimize platform capacity, performance, availability, scalability, and operational stability.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Support deployment, release, production change, and service request activities.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Create and maintain operational documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base articles.
• Monitor operational KPIs, ensure compliance with support processes, and drive continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Proactively identify operational risks, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers in an international environment.
• Participate in on-call and after-hours support activities when required.

What we are looking for
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• +5 years of experience in MuleSoft platform operations and management (not API development).
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Omni Gateway (Flex Gateway), Terraform, GitHub, OpenShift, Argo CI/CD, ITIL processes, OAuth/OpenID authentication and authorization mechanisms, AWS (foundation level), and Azure (foundation level).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional environments.
• Professional proficiency in English (C1 level or equivalent).
• Experience working autonomously in international, cross-functional environments.
• Availability to provide occasional out-of-hours support and travel or temporarily relocate internationally when required.
