Must-Have:

• Senior-level experience developing IBM FileNet solutions
• Proven experience with IBM FileNet and IBM Content Navigator (ICN) development
• Experience developing IBM FileNet components, including classes, subscriptions, preprocessors, and custom code modules
• Experience developing and customizing IBM Content Navigator (ICN), including desktops, plugins, and External Data Services (EDS)
• Experience integrating IBM FileNet and ICN with enterprise systems and applications
• Experience performing unit testing and ensuring solution quality
• Experience supporting deployments across multiple environments
• Experience producing and maintaining technical documentation, including implementation and configuration guides
• Experience providing technical support and maintaining existing FileNet and ICN solutions
• Fluent English (C1) or French (C1)
• Based in Portugal
• Availability to work fully remotely with occasional travel within Europe when required

Would be great if you have:

• Extensive experience delivering IBM FileNet and IBM Content Navigator solutions in enterprise environments
• Experience with large-scale Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platforms
• Experience developing document automation, document classification, or metadata enrichment solutions
• Experience working in international and multicultural teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commitment to software development best practices and high-quality deliverables
