Role Overview

We are looking for a Head of Governance & Digital Architecture to join our teams and take on a strategic leadership role within a large-scale digital transformation environment. In this position, you will be responsible for defining and evolving the Digital Services and Enterprise Architecture strategy, ensuring alignment between business objectives, cybersecurity requirements, data governance initiatives, and technology roadmaps.

You will act as a key advisor to senior stakeholders, driving governance, portfolio management, digital innovation, and organizational change across a complex and international ecosystem.

What you will do

• Define and evolve the Digital Services, Enterprise Architecture, and Technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic objectives;
• Lead governance, portfolio management, and investment decision-making processes, providing visibility into project performance, financials, and resource allocation;
• Establish and maintain architecture standards, governance frameworks, and decision-making mechanisms that promote consistency, transparency, and scalability;
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Data Enablement, and Change Management, fostering high performance and continuous improvement;
• Identify, assess, and promote emerging IT/OT technologies, including AI, Digital Twins, Edge Computing, and other digital innovation opportunities;
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders, process owners, and architecture communities to ensure integrated and business-driven technology solutions;
• Drive digital adoption initiatives and organizational change programs, promoting a digital-first culture and strengthening cybersecurity awareness and capabilities.

What you are like

• Experienced in IT Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Digital Transformation, and Technology Leadership within complex enterprise environments;
• Proficient in Enterprise Architecture frameworks and best practices, including TOGAF, ITIL, and governance methodologies;
• Strong knowledge of Portfolio Management, Strategic Planning, IT Financial Management, and investment governance processes;
• Skilled in Cybersecurity, Data Governance, Change Management, and the implementation of enterprise-wide digital initiatives;
• Knowledgeable about emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Digital Twins, Edge Computing, and modern enterprise platforms;
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to influence and build consensus across matrix organizations and executive-level audiences.
