Global Lead - Team Budget-to-Perform & Investment Planning (m/f/div.)

Your contribution to something big:

Within Bosch Mobility, you will lead the Process Solution Team for the process chain B2P (Budget-to-Perform) and I2P-IP (Investment Planning):

• As global lead and target manager, you will be responsible to manage and develop a team of more than 70 process consultants which are globally spread at more than 25 locations
• Together with your supporting regional leads, you will enable the deploy activities, in particular the strategic digital transformation programs and orchestrate operations.
• Further key aspects and responsibilities of the role are:
• Manage the BBM Process Expert Network
• Be the key contact for the BBM locations and legal entities for all deploy and run activities in B2P
• Define and develop the global expert footprint and required competencies
• Align requirements with related M Functional Excellences
• Push sustainable BBM Process Improvements
• Continuously improve the case management for B2P as well for I2P-IP and manage Team KPI/KPR
• Support and build AI, automation, low code and analytics solutions for B2P and I2P-IP

What distinguishes you:

• work experience in the automotive industry with sound overall Business Process knowledge,
• ability to collaborate and lead in a cross-functional team environment in a global set up,
• experience in leading an expert team or project team,
• experience in Controlling, Finance processes and IT environment (esp. R/3, S/4)),
• PMI PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent,
• Living motivation and empowerment of people, good interpersonal skills,
• analytical thinking and problem-solving and decision-making abilities,
• self-organization, structured, responsible, entrepreneurial, goal & future-oriented,
• very good verbal and written communication and presentation skills (English required, German optional),
• ability to coordinate a larger number of activities,
• Considering schedules and priorities,
• problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
