Must-Have:

• Proven experience as a GenAI Platform Engineer, AI Engineer, or Software Engineer developing enterprise AI solutions 
• Strong experience with Python and software engineering best practices (SOLID principles) 
• Experience building and maintaining GenAI platforms, including LLM gateways, RAG pipelines, and AI infrastructure 
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Services (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure Functions, APIM) or equivalent cloud AI platforms 
• Experience with RAG frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar 
• Knowledge of vector databases and semantic search technologies 
• Experience integrating enterprise systems through REST APIs and cloud services 
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps/MLOps practices 
• Strong understanding of AI security, authentication, and access management (Azure AD, OAuth2, RBAC) 
• Experience implementing monitoring, observability, and performance optimization for AI applications 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills 
• Experience working with Agile methodologies 
• Fluency in English (minimum B2 level)

Would be great if you have:

• Experience with Semantic Kernel and/or Microsoft Agent Framework 
• Knowledge of AI safety and content moderation tools (Microsoft Presidio, Azure Content Safety, or similar)
• Experience with Knowledge Graphs (Neo4j, Azure Cosmos DB) and persistent memory systems for agents
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and A2A standards
• Knowledge of OpenTelemetry or similar observability frameworks for distributed systems
• Platform engineering mindset, focusing on reusable and scalable abstractions
• Strong attention to detail, especially in security and compliance aspects
• Ability to work across multiple squads and communicate technical decisions clearly
• Curiosity and continuous learning mindset in fast-evolving AI environments
