Must-Have:

• Proven experience as a GenAI Platform Architect, Solution Architect, or AI Architect in enterprise environments (minimum 5 years)
• Strong experience designing end-to-end GenAI and Agentic AI platform architectures
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI
• Solid knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, Agentic RAG, and vector databases
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or Microsoft Agent Framework
• Proficiency in Python and experience applying software design principles to AI solutions
• Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, Event-Driven Architecture, Kubernetes, and DevOps/MLOps practices
• Strong understanding of AI security, governance, compliance, and responsible AI frameworks (EU AI Act, GDPR)
• Experience leading technical teams, defining architecture standards, and mentoring engineers
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with Agile methodologies
• Fluency in English (minimum B2 level)

Would be great if you have:

• Experience with Knowledge Graphs and persistent memory in multi-agent systems 
• Azure certifications (AZ-900, AI-102 or higher) or equivalent cloud certifications 
• Knowledge of AI-related regulations (DORA, GDPR, EU AI Act) in financial services or telecommunications 
• Experience in AI-driven legacy system modernization projects 
• Strong systems thinking and ability to communicate complex architectures to technical and non-technical audiences
• Results-oriented mindset with ability to balance quick wins and long-term vision 
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and make decisions with incomplete information 
• Collaborative mindset with ability to influence without direct authority
