Must-Have:

• Proven experience as a GenAI Engineer, AI Engineer, or Software Engineer building AI/ML or agent-based solutions
• Strong experience developing AI agents and implementing prompt engineering techniques
• Experience integrating AI agents with external tools and APIs (e.g., Jira, GitHub, Confluence, enterprise APIs)
• Solid experience with Python and backend development (REST APIs, Azure Functions, event-driven systems)
• Experience with RAG pipelines, including chunking, embeddings, and vector databases
• Knowledge of Azure AI ecosystem (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search) or equivalent cloud platforms
• Experience implementing testing and evaluation frameworks for LLMs (regression tests, evaluation datasets, LLM-as-a-judge)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment, and production monitoring of AI systems
• Understanding of AI observability, logging, and performance monitoring
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
• Experience working in Agile environments and contributing to product backlogs
• Fluency in English (minimum B2 level)

Would be great if you have:

• Experience as a Python Developer, AI Engineer, or Software Engineer building AI or agent-based solutions
• Strong Python development skills (2+ years) with software engineering best practices
• Experience with LLM APIs (Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or similar)
• Familiarity with agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent)
• Knowledge of RAG concepts (chunking, embeddings, semantic search)
• Experience integrating REST APIs and enterprise tools (Git, Jira, Confluence, Teams)
• Basic understanding of Docker and CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
• Exposure to LLM evaluation techniques and prompt engineering
• Knowledge of vector databases (pgvector, Chroma, Pinecone) or Knowledge Graphs (plus)
• Familiarity with Azure AI services (Foundry, AI Search, Functions) (plus)
• Experience with Agile environments and collaborative development
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
