Your contribution to something big:

Support the creation and continuous maintenance of regional (Iberia, France, Italy and Africa) organizational charts in close collaboration with country leaders and HR;
Assist in the end-to-end planning, coordination, moderation, and post-workshop activities for executive-level strategy workshops;
Conduct strategic analysis of markets, distribution channels, and product portfolios to support the creation of strategic plans;
Conceptualize and develop internal management frameworks, such as a new regional meeting cascade;
Prepare and update presentations for senior leadership.

What distinguishes you:

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Management, Strategy, or a related field;
Exceptional organizational and project coordination skills;
Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint;
Professional fluency in English;
Proficiency in Spanish, French or Italian is a strong asset;
Proactive, independent flexible and resilient with ability to manage tight deadlines and fluctuating workloads;
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
