As an Expert Network Security Transition Manager, you will be working for our client, a leader in cybersecurity solutions. You will orchestrate the transfer of network security services, ensuring seamless handovers, operational continuity, and risk mitigation. This role offers a strategic position to shape the future of enterprise security architecture and further your leadership experience in a cutting-edge environment.
Your main responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of complex security service transitions, minimizing operational disruptions.
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers to ensure seamless asset and responsibility handovers.
- Develop and enforce compliance protocols, maintaining a robust security posture throughout the transition.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication to guarantee success.
- Apply deep network security expertise to troubleshoot and resolve transition challenges.
- Ensure alignment of transition activities with best practices, ITIL frameworks, and security standards.
- Document project progress, risks, and lessons learned to improve future initiatives.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- Over 8 years of experience in IT/Network Security, specifically in project or transition management.
- Strong technical knowledge of TCP/IP, VPNs, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, NAC, DNS Security, and WAFs.
- Proven success leading complex IT or security transitions from inception to completion.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-level network security solutions.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and work closely with third-party service providers.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks or service management principles.
- Excellent communication skills in English, fluent command preferred.
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or equivalent.
- Experience with governance and compliance in cybersecurity.
Language Required for the role:
Fluent English – excellent verbal and written communication skills.
