As AI becomes central to competitiveness, productivity and service transformation, LBC is expanding its AI Center of Competence and integrating AI into our client offerings, ongoing projects, internal operations and product development.
Your role
- Design end-to-end architectures for AI solutions, platforms and programs, from data ingestion and retrieval to models, agents, applications, integration and observability
- Translate business, functional, security and regulatory requirements into clear technical designs and implementation roadmaps
- Create and maintain LBC’s AI reference architectures, standards, decision frameworks and reusable integration patterns
- Define enterprise patterns for RAG, semantic search, knowledge assistants, document intelligence, predictive analytics, automation and agentic workflows
- Design secure integration with ERP, CRM, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, document platforms, data warehouses, APIs and legacy systems
- Embed identity, access control, privacy, cybersecurity, traceability, evaluation and human oversight into solution design
- Guide engineering teams, review major solution designs and support production-readiness and quality reviews
- Advise client CIOs, CTOs, data leaders, architects and security teams on architecture choices, trade-offs and technology roadmaps
- Support strategic proposals, solution estimates, demonstrations, platform selection and technology partnerships
- Define the architecture supporting LBC’s own AI-powered operations and common internal AI services
What we look for
- Significant experience in enterprise, solution, cloud, data or application architecture
- Practical experience designing AI or advanced-data solutions in production environments
- Strong understanding of generative AI, LLMs, machine learning, AI agents, orchestration and modern application architectures
- Strong knowledge of APIs, integration patterns, identity and access management, data platforms and software delivery
- Experience with structured and unstructured data, embeddings, vector retrieval, enterprise search and knowledge architectures
- Understanding of MLOps, LLMOps, monitoring, evaluation and cost control
- Strong architectural judgement and the ability to balance innovation with security, scalability and maintainability
- Ability to communicate technical choices clearly to executive, business and engineering audiences
- Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams and mentoring engineers
- Excellent command of English
- Proficiency in Portuguese and/or German (valued)
- Experience with multiple cloud ecosystems, regulated environments, professional services, or certifications (valued)
The Enterprise AI Architect will own the technical architecture of LBC’s AI solutions and platforms, connecting business requirements, enterprise systems, data, cloud, security and emerging AI technologies.
You will define how generative AI, predictive models, agents, enterprise data, applications, workflows, identity systems and cloud platforms work together. The role combines architecture leadership with hands-on technical judgement, client advisory and delivery assurance.
Your mission is to help LBC and its clients move confidently from experimentation to secure, scalable and maintainable production environments.
