Must-Have:
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and the Power Platform ecosystem
- Proven experience in functional analysis and project follow-up within CRM environments
- Knowledge of CRM processes, Customer Service, and Case Management
- Experience coordinating with external vendors and validating functional and technical deliverables
- Ability to bridge business requirements and technical implementation
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working in digital transformation initiatives and application integration projects
- Fluency in English
Would be great if you have:
- Experience supporting CRM governance, platform standards, and documentation
- Knowledge of process automation and integrations within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Familiarity with solution architecture best practices in Dynamics 365
- Proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
