Digital Impulse | Business Analyst

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, transforming them into clear functional specifications and actionable user stories.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, developers, and key business stakeholders to design and implement effective end-to-end solutions.
• Support testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance processes to ensure solutions meet business objectives and quality standards.
• Propose process optimizations and enhancements to boost efficiency, scalability, and operational maintainability across business systems.
• Provide ongoing functional support and facilitate continuous alignment between technology capabilities and business goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant, preferably in technology or consulting environments.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis techniques and query languages (e.g., SQL), with an appetite for leveraging technical tools to solve business problems.
• Hands-on experience working within Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to bridge technical and business domains. Fluency in English is mandatory.
