Your contribution to something big:
You will be part of an international agile development team focused on the development of automotive embedded software. As a DevOps Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth integration of CI/CD practices into the software development lifecycle.
You will contribute to improving development workflows through automation and process optimization, while providing support and guidance to team members on CI/CD tools and practices.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines to automate software build, integration, testing, and deployment processes.
- Ensure the reliability, efficiency, and security of CI/CD pipelines, supporting both development and operational requirements.
- Analyze existing development workflows and engineering processes, identifying opportunities for automation, optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with development, operations, Product Owners, and colleagues worldwide to align tooling and processes with product and organizational goals.
- Implement and promote best practices for Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and DevOps, contributing to increased productivity and software quality.
- Support the troubleshooting and resolution of pipeline, tooling, and deployment-related issues, ensuring stable and efficient development environments.
- Provide support and guidance to team members on CI/CD tools and practices.
- Share responsibility for the quality and efficiency of software delivery by supporting team members, participating in peer reviews, and contributing expertise in automation and process improvement.
What distinguishes you:
Experience / Know-how
- Strong experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with automation and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, Docker, and Python.
- Solid understanding of Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and DevOps principles.
- Experience in build, test, deployment, and release automation.
- Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving build, deployment, and integration issues.
- Familiarity with version control, branching strategies, and code quality practices.
