Responsibilities:

• Analyze the ALM lifecycle of different teams and identify opportunities to optimize workflows.
• Propose and implement automation initiatives across analysis, development, and operations phases.
• Support the adoption of new DevOps techniques, tools, and continuous improvement practices.
• Act as a technical leader, guiding teams in DevOps best practices and delivery optimization.
• Develop automation scripts using Bash, PowerShell, and Python.
• Create reusable scripts to automate cross-team activities and recurring operational tasks.
• Analyze pull requests related to shared libraries and reusable automation components.
• Support the implementation, improvement, and standardization of CI/CD pipelines.
• Train teams on the tools, techniques, and practices adopted by the DevOps Competence Center.
• Explain the value of continuous improvement to different team profiles and stakeholders.
• Create technical documentation to promote standardization and team self-sufficiency.
• Develop training materials related to pipeline instantiation and new DevOps techniques.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in Agile and complex delivery environments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field.
• Up to 15 years of experience in DevOps Engineering or a similar role.
• Experience acting as a technical leader.
• Experience with Jenkins, Git, Docker, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Experience developing automation scripts using Bash, PowerShell, and/or Python.
• Strong understanding of ALM lifecycle, CI/CD practices, automation, and workflow optimization.
• Ability to identify improvement opportunities across analysis, development, and operations.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate technical value and continuous improvement benefits to different audiences.
• Ability to train and support teams in DevOps tools and techniques.
• Experience creating technical documentation and training materials.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to delivery quality, standardization, and continuous improvement.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Nice to have:

• Portuguese and/or Spanish language skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience working in a DevOps Competence Center or similar governance structure.
• Experience supporting multiple teams in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience creating reusable automation libraries or shared DevOps components.
• Experience in pipeline standardization and DevOps enablement initiatives.
