Deliverability Operator

IT House is looking for a Deliverability Operator for a direct placement with an end client in the digital marketing sector.

Main Responsabilities

• Configure technical settings for email campaigns;
• Monitor and optimise key deliverability metrics, including inbox placement, delivery rates, bounce rates, and spam complaints;
• Maintain and protect domain and IP reputation;
• Identify and resolve deliverability issues, ISP blocks, and blocklist incidents;
• Analyse campaign performance and implement corrective actions when required;
• Maintain accurate records and reporting on deliverability performance.

Requirements

• Degree, technical course, or at least 2 years of experience in Systems Administration, IT, or a related field;
• Working knowledge of Windows and/or Linux environments;
• Good English communication skills (B2 level or higher);
• Basic HTML knowledge to identify common email coding and rendering issues;
• Understanding of key email deliverability metrics and performance monitoring;
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills;
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
