Must-Have:

• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Database Administration (System & Application)
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server administration in enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience in SQL Server performance analysis and tuning
• Experience in diagnosing, analyzing, and monitoring operational database issues
• Experience with SQL Server installation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization
• Knowledge of backup, restore, high availability, and disaster recovery strategies
• Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve database-related incidents
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with technical and operational documentation

Would be great if you have:

• Experience with High Availability and Disaster Recovery solutions
• Knowledge of T-SQL and/or PowerShell scripting
• Experience with proactive monitoring and performance optimization
• Ability to work autonomously in enterprise environments
• Strong ownership mindset and stakeholder communication
• Motivation to learn and grow in complex SQL Server environments
