Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to build models with direct impact on revenue, risk and commercial decision making. This role is hands on execution, not research, working across risk, conversion and engagement to support pricing and targeting decisions with a clear focus on financial outcomes. Work model is still to be defined.

Must-Have:

• Strong command of Python and SQL for building and maintaining modelling datasets
• Solid experience developing regression, classification and clustering models
• Good understanding of financial risk, ROI and business trade offs
• Advanced English, both written and spoken
• Practical experience integrating models into production pipelines, using tools such as MLflow or Airflow

Would be great if you have:

• Exposure to elasticity modelling for pricing, credit limits or commercial offers
• Experience analysing conversion funnels to spot optimisation opportunities
• Ability to communicate results in business terms, not just technical metrics
• Comfort operating in fast paced, high pressure settings where decisions carry real consequences
