Data Analytics Expert (f/m/div.)

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and advanced data visualization solutions to support business and project needs.
• Cleanse, structure, and validate unstructured data to ensure completeness and data quality according to defined requirements.
• Support the HS Code Review Project and FTICS initiatives through data analysis, monitoring, and reporting.
• Analyze data to identify patterns, inconsistencies, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Track, cluster, and organize incoming information requests and related responses.
• Support stakeholders with data-driven insights and reporting to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis and reporting solutions.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Experience

• Experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence.
• Experience developing dashboards and data visualization solutions.
• Practical experience with data cleansing, validation, and preparation.
• Experience working with business data in project or process environments.

Know-how

• Strong experience with Power BI and Power Query.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Knowledge of dimensional modelling and semantic data models.
• Proficiency in standard Office applications and relevant project management systems.
• Understanding of SAP ERP tables and business logic is an advantage.
• Experience with Databricks is an advantage.

Languages

• English – Full professional proficiency (written and spoken).
• German – Nice to have.
• Portuguese – Nice to have.
