About the Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst to transform complex data into actionable business insights. You will partner with stakeholders across the business to develop reports and dashboards that support data-driven decision-making, performance improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards.
- Analyse operational, financial, supply chain and commercial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Perform root-cause analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into reporting and analytical solutions.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across reporting processes.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and support data modelling activities.
What We're Looking For
- 4–6 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or similar roles.
- Strong experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, semantic models, dashboard design).
- Advanced SQL skills (joins, aggregations, CTEs, window functions).
- Strong Excel skills for analysis and reporting.
- Experience working with large datasets from ERP, CRM, finance, supply chain, or operational systems.
- Good understanding of data modelling concepts (star schema, dimensional modelling).
Nice to Have
- Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, Databricks, or Azure DevOps.
- Python, PySpark, Spark SQL, or workflow automation tools.
- Experience with Dynamics 365.
- Background in manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, oil & gas, or similar industries.
